Welcome to Freestyle Martial Arts Academy – Home of the Fmaa Freestylers
It is our aim to help our students achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
We believe that as a member of our Academy you will have the opportunity to stretch your abilities and learn new skills in all aspects of Martial Arts, Fitness and Personal Well Being. Martial Arts is an extremely dynamic and specialised sport. We have many years of combined experience varying from Traditional Karate through to Kickboxing, Sports Karate and MMA.
You will have access to our comprehensive and unlimited style of Martial Arts.
Our Ninjas Programme is specifically designed for Children from 4 - 7 years old.
As part of your child's Personal Development our experienced instructors will help with their basic motor skills, focus, teamwork, control, balance, discipline, memory, fitness and co-ordination.
Your child will make new friends through fun drills and activities.
Our Kids Karate is for 8 - 12 year olds. We work on personal development and character education. The key areas are Discipline, learning how to Focus and
how to cope with bullies and be street safe.
Our students learn the dynamics of working within a Team, as well as Goal Setting and Preparing To Succeed.
For those students who wish to compete for Medals & Trophies. We have many years of experience at developing students to Local, Regional & World Championship levels.
No matter what ability, this class caters for all.
Whether it's for weight loss, fitness, technical ability, competition or stress relief.
Have fun, make new friends and develop a new skill.
Freestyle KickBoxercise FITNESS Classes
Please Note:
These classes will not involve fighting or sparring.
The class is for those that are interested in their General Well Being and Improving their Fitness Levels and Flexibility. Some students attend to enhance their fitness for other sports.
If you are interested in getting fit, losing a little weight, relieving some stress or want to do something just for yourself, come along and give it a go.
Get fit in a fun and friendly environment.
